"That team's been together, what, 500 games?" Wolves coach Dwane Casey said. "We've been together two days. I like our scrap. I like our fight." (Pioneer Press)
The game turned in the fourth quarter when the Spurs went out to a 6 point 88-81 lead with 5:24 remaining in the game on a Finley 3-pointer. Then Parker made his patented inside the foul line layup to build the Spurs largest lead of the game at 90-82 with 4:32 left. Manu followed with a hook and then a 3-pointer, putting the Spurs up by 13 at 95-82 with four minutes to go A Bruce Bowen three then broke the Wolves back at 98-82 with 2:00 left. Duncan sealed it at 100-84 and he and Parker left the game.

Wally and Ricky to play their old teams
"If you don't believe in yourself and your team, then no one else will. We know we're fresh and new. At the same time, we're playing with a lot of pride and competitiveness out there. Right now, we're playing hard."
