     (Phoenix 2/6/2006 by Poundmaster) Kevin Garnett came all the way across the court to block a Shawn Marion shot as the buzzer sounded to give the Minnesota Timberwolves a 103-101 victory over the Phoenix Suns.  See The Block as described by the Mad Dog.    
     Boris Diaw hit a corner at a corner jumper with 46 seconds left in the game to pull the Suns within one point at 100-99. Garnett then hit a key jumper to make it 102-99. Nash made it 102-101 with 14.6 seconds in the game. A KG made the front end of two free throws to make it 103-101. The Timberwolves led the Suns 90-89 with 5:51 left in the game.
     The Timberwolves beat the Suns on the boards 39-31, but had 24 turnovers.
     Minnesota led Phoenix 54-52 at halftime. The Timberwolves outscored Phoenix 16-5 to begin the second quarter, to take a 5 point lead 40-35 with 5 minutes left in the first half. The Wolves shot 63% in the first half.
